Marcia brings 15+ years of experience working directly with clients on solving problems around technology training and instructional designs. Marcia has worked on multiple patient engagement platforms to deliver learning courses for physicians and nurses. As Chief Experience Officer, Marcia oversees Insightin’s overall Customer Experience Delivery. In doing such, she works closely with Insightin clients and internal product teams to ensure Insightin standards for experience excellency are exceeded.

At Insightin Health, Anthony is responsible for developing and enhancing an information security program and maintaining compliance.
